Acomplia (rimonabant) is a prescription anti-obesity drug you can be recommended if you have been diagnosed with obesity (dangerously excessive weight). This drug is not supposed to be taken if you have a history of an allergic reaction to rimonabant or any other medications. You will need to report any allergies to your health care provider to make sure you are not going to develop an allergic reaction again while using Acomplia.
